Dorchester Murder Suspect Nabbed In Roxbury, Gunshot Victim Dies On Scene: Police

A Boston murderer who shot and killed a man and left the scene of the crime is off the streets, officials say.

An adult male victim was pronounced dead on the scene after police arrived at 109 Weaver Way in Roxbury at Saturday, March 4, around 3:30 p.m., according to the Boston Police Department. 

A warrant was issued for the arrest of 36-year-old Austin Dillion as the suspect in the deadly crime. Police executed the warrant and arrested Dillion in the area of 9 Rozella Street two days after the murder around 8:40 p.m. on Monday, March 6.

Dillon will face charges of murder and unlawful possession of a firearm in Roxbury District Court.
